This is a former sea bay that has reverted to a vast reedbed. There’s a boardwalk nature-trail through it that includes two observation towers. Breeding birds here include Great Bittern, Red-necked Grebe, Slavonian Grebe, Savi’s Warbler, Penduline Tit and Barred Warbler. Little Gulls can be abundant in spring.
All the sites in this section are treated, in detail and with precise maps and directions, in my book ‘Finding Birds in Estonia’
If you have any information which you feel would help to update the book, please email me at dave@easybirder.co.uk and I’ll add your observations to these pages

The main tower is great for looking for migrants or reedbed birds but the open water is still some distance away - you need a scope
The extensive reedbed has most of the reedbed birds you might hope for here
