The view of the Laguna de Taraje from the driveable track. It’s a quiet and attractive area to spend time in but if you’re just after the specialities, other sites are better.

Lagunas de Puerto Real

There’s a footpath around the eastern side of the lagoon which, if you follow the directions in my book will also take you to the Laguna de San Antonio.

Unless you manage to get permission, this is as much as you’ll see of the Laguna de Comissario. I only managed this good a view by sneaking beyond the open gate for a few minutes.
